Powerful Mind Counselling
Meet Krunali
I hold a Master of Arts (MA) in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).
I’m a BIPOC counsellor who believes that every person’s story matters and deserves to be met with care, respect, and understanding. I create a space where you can bring your whole self—your joys, struggles, identities, and lived experiences—without fear of judgment. Therapy, for me, is about walking alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and find ways to move forward that feel authentic to you.
I deeply value the wisdom that comes from lived experience. The things you’ve been through shape who you are, and I honor that journey in every session. My role is to hold space for you with warmth, patience, and empathy, offering support while recognizing your resilience and capacity for growth.
I support individuals navigating life transitions, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, questions of identity, and the pressures that come from culture, family, and society. I am particularly passionate about supporting BIPOC communities and anyone whose experiences may not always be reflected or fully understood in traditional mental health spaces. My hope is to offer a grounded, compassionate, and inclusive environment where your story is honored and your voice matters.
Outside of therapy, my fur baby fills my days with cuddles, joy, and playful mischief, and time with my husband, friends, and family keeps my heart full. I love cozy books, coffee adventures, and walks in nature—simple moments that bring warmth, comfort, and a little joy to everyday life, just like I hope to bring into our work together.
