Both in-person and virtual sessions are available. In-person sessions are available in Richmond, Vancouver and White Rock/South Surrey, BC. Our fully virtual service is available via secure video, from the comfort of your home – wherever you are in BC.

Payment

Payment is due before or at the time of each session using credit card. A receipt will be provided.

Insurance

Please consult with your insurance provider or HR Department to determine whether your benefits  plan covers counselling by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) or a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed session results in an unfilled appointment. Therefore, we require 48 hours notice or the full fee will be charged.
